About Me
I'm Joseph Hayden — a psychology undergraduate, paraprofessional, and former software engineer. I'm passionate about mental health, child and adolescent development, and eventually becoming a licensed clinical psychologist.
My work focuses on understanding human behavior through research, clinical training, and hands-on experience with neurodivergent youth. I'm currently building a foundation in therapy, advocacy, and content creation to support others on their path to healing.
